Does it work with no service on site?
Yes — that's the default behaviour, not a fallback. Photos are written to the
phone the instant they're taken and upload themselves when signal returns. A crew
can work a full day in a dead zone and lose nothing.
What does "tamper-evident" actually mean?
When a photo is captured, we compute a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file — a long
number derived from the image data itself. Change anything about the image and the
number changes completely. The fingerprint is recorded with the photo and printed
in the report's evidence appendix, so anyone can verify a photo is byte-for-byte
what came off the phone. It doesn't stop someone editing a copy; it makes an edited
copy provably different from the original.
How do crews sign in? Not everyone has a company email.
A six-digit PIN. No email account, no password reset, nothing for a lead to
administer. Each PIN identifies a specific crew member so every photo is attributed
to whoever took it.
What happens to our photos if we cancel?
You can export everything — full-resolution originals and the reports — before
you go. It's your evidence. We don't hold it hostage.
Is there really no per-user minimum?
None. A two-person shop pays $49, the same as a five-person shop. At the sixth
user you move to Crew at $79, which covers you to fifteen. There are no per-seat
add-ons at any size, so the bill only changes when the crew outgrows a plan —
and you can move back down whenever it shrinks.
Do you integrate with our CRM?
Direct connections to JobNimbus, AccuLynx and Savvy CRM — paste an API key and photos
start landing on the matching job. Everything else connects through Zapier, including
ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Roofr, ProLine and monday.com. If your system just
accepts a POST, the webhook sends it a documented JSON payload directly.
